Oncisa
Oncisa is CEOSA’s leading real estate company, and it carries out its activity in residential developments for first and second homes, and the construction of offices for letting.
Besides these activities, which are characteristic of the Sector, it provides all kinds of services for real estate, management, administration, maintenance and commercialisation of property for the Corporation’s companies.
Over the last few years, Oncisa’s traditional activities have been joined by land management, in line with the demands of the current market. It is precisely land development and management that are currently the company’s main sources of profit. Likewise, we must also highlight that the results from the letting activity on their own has enabled the company to keep its budget stable. This income flow provides Oncisa with great solidity to the extent that it reinforces and strengthens its position in the light of possible changes in the Sector.
Throughout the 2006 financial year, Oncisa has completed the strategic lines it had defined for the 2004-2007 period, with which the company has opted for prudent, constant growth, according to the strategy defined by the Corporation.
This way, throughout 2006, the following developments have been handed over: Parque Verde II in Villaverde (Madrid), Residencial Sarriera 2nd phase in Rubí (Barcelona), La Noria 4th phase in Malaga. The following projects have been launched: 1st phase in Vallecas (Madrid), 1st phase in Casares (Malaga), 3rd phase in Tarrasa (Barcelona), 3rd phase in Rubí (Barcelona) and in Estepona (Malaga).
In addition, during the financial year, construction has started on the two buildings to be erected in C/ Emilio Vargas in Madrid, one for office use and the other for use as a hotel, which will be run by our hotel chain Confortel.
The investments in land holdings have also been maintained, which will enable greater stability in this branch of activity in the mid and long-term.
As regards staff, it is characterised by its stability, after closing 2006 with 47 employees, of which 11 are disabled.
