Made from Iberian pork, these cured Iberian products have a taste that is unique in the world. All the products come from our production centre in the Azuaga mountains, in the pasturelands of Extremadura, the traditional area par excellence for the raising of Iberian pigs.

RUBIA

This is the brand under which the Corporation commercialises all the products present in the market.
From Teruel ‘serrano’ hams to cooked products made in Catalonia and sausages produced in La Rioja.


MONTERUBIO

This name identifies the Teruel Denomination of Origin cured ham, The production centre, where it is prepared and selected,  is in the town of Calamocha and meets the requirements of the Regulatory Council.
