SEGURONCE’s main activity is the brokerage of general insurance policies, in particular household, motor vehicle and life, though it also commercialises mortgage and personal credits. Through its extensive, professional network of representatives, it offers a quality service based on rapid, effective attention to customers. It is present throughout Spain through eighteen offices, the majority of which have obtained the consideration of Special Employment Centres.
SEGURONCE has experienced continuous growth, maintaining the stability of its portfolio, as a result of the work begun in previous financial years, corresponding to contacts and relations with different Disabled Associations and Federations.
In this regard, it has achieved a balance between insurance sectors with high rotation (motor vehicle insurance) and other, more stable sectors (insurance policies for SME’s, Civil Liability, Accidents and Household).
Seguronce continued to strengthen its services in order to provide specific solutions for Disabled Associations and Federations, which was translated into the commercialisation of special insurance products such as breakdown insurance for the deaf and those with impaired hearing, insurance for cochlear implants…all these products are specialised and sensitive to the needs of the disabled, which makes Seguronce a unique company in this sector.
Seguronce is present throughout Spain through its 18 offices, with a team of professionals that receives ongoing training giving them excellent knowledge of the sector and thus enabling them to provide their customers with a comprehensive insurance service, from the selection and study of the policies that best meet their needs to contracting, administration and processing of claims, for both companies and private individuals.
Seguronce’s staff is composed of 66 people, of whom almost 83% are disabled.
