Alentis presents its business strategy for the next four years

The main action lines of the Group’s Strategic Plan were unveiled at the Working Session

At the end of September, the senior directors of the Alentis Group, along with the management teams from the different divisions and business activities, accompanied by the highest level executives of the ONCE Business Corporation attended a Working Session in Madrid, in which they revealed the main action lines of the Group’s Strategic Plan. 

The Chief Executive Officer of the Alentis Group, Alejandro Oñoro, and his Managing Director, Javier Rodríguez Baquero, delivered a message to those present following a clear and realistic line, jointly defining the path that will determine the Group’s direction over the next four years: “It is not a question of reinventing ourselves, but rather facing the current market situation and responding to it with a vision and approach for the future, based on the group’s large assets and with a clear message: “management of services”.  

Four Underlying Objectives
Over the forthcoming years, Alentis considers an objective that is attainable in terms of economic results based on a commercial plan and savings which will mark clear growth for the four-year period and will involve the implementation of diverse commercial actions and business initiatives focusing on the development of viable activities and proposals with a more mature profile.

Secondly, it has the objective of quantitative commitment to social integration based on the evolution of workforces and teams throughout the Group. A third objective is market positioning and orientation based on the definition and development of brand strategy. Finally, it has the objective of excellence in service quality. 

Throughout the session, the different heads of the business lines in all regions of Spain presented the vision of their respective headquarters and teams, providing the necessary support to achieve the objectives that have been set within the established timeframes. 

The presentation by Alberto Durán, president of the Fundosa and Ceosa groups, closed the session by referring to the message launched by the senior executives of ALENTIS by confirming that “this is a real project, not a dream”.
