Alentis, presence at “Sicur 2008”
12/3/2008
Alentis was represented at Sicur 2008 by its companies Vinsa and Tepesa.
Once again, this time at the 2008 edition, the Alentis Group was present at the International Security Show (Sicur), which was held for the sixteenth time between 26 and 29 February 2008. The show, which is held every two years, covers the areas of fire safety; computer security; security against intrusion, theft and aggression and, finally, safety at work.
As in previous years, the show acted as a reference and meeting point for sector professionals, the main objective being to boost their commercial activity through this forum of professional contact, promotion and business.
Alentis was represented by its companies Vinsa and Tepesa on a stand covering over 200m2. With a functional and modern design, it had different sections for its main activities, with space for holding meetings, having a relaxed coffee and particularly for presenting the Group’s latest developments. In the corner occupied by Tepesa, they exhibited a model of the new ramp for 4x4 vehicles which is 10 metres high with an extreme angle of 42º and will be built at the drivers’ training centre located in Brunete (Madrid). This ramp will be equipped with important safety measures (anti-fall devices, BSM barriers, anti-slip floor…) in order to facilitate safe learning, making it a unique facility in Spain both for it size and training possibilities.
Meanwhile, the specialist engineering team and the Security Systems projects department had another important place on the stand. There they revealed the latest access control system technology using facial recognition, closed circuit TV and GPS location systems from their Alarm Receiving Centre, a pioneer in receiving, verifying and transmitting alarm signals.
