Over the past few months, AENOR has been undergoing diverse external audits of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001) and Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) at Pilsa Alentis, CEE Pilsa Alentis, Vinsa Alentis and V2 Alentis, all of which are part of the ONCE Business Corporation’s Alentis Group.

The group’s companies have therefore proceeded to renew these certificates which have enormous strategic value for this Services sector, whilst extending their scope, guaranteeing clients an even higher level of commitment in terms of quality and respect for the environment in the provision of all of their services.  Besides being voluntary, this distinction is proof of Alentis’ commitment to improving its performance, inspiring confidence in clients, suppliers and employees, whilst enabling risks to be controlled and supporting the incorporation of occupational health and safety (OHAS) criteria in its management.  
The scope of the group’s certification includes all of its companies and each of the activities developed in their different business lines throughout Spain.

Endless Activities and Services
Pilsa Alentis and CEE Pilsa Alentis have obtained Quality and Environmental Management certification for all of its cleaning activities in buildings, shops, facilities and hospitals; gardening, street cleaning, non-hazardous waste management (collection and transportation); disinfection, fumigation and rodent control treatments; and finally, in the integral maintenance of buildings.

Vinsa Alentis has Quality certificates for surveillance and security activities; Establishments; Shows; Events and Conventions; People Protection with the corresponding authorization; design, assembly and maintenance of safety installations; fire prevention; as well as explosive security surveillance during consumption phases. The company also has the certificate for Environmental Management for surveillance and security activities; Establishments; Shows and Events and Conventions.

V2 Alentis Auxiliary Services has Quality and Environmental Management certificates for the provision of auxiliary services in logistics and distribution; production processes; commercial services; client service and information; administrative services; document management; welfare and/or community social services; and assistance to people with reduced mobility.
Finally, the Alentis V2 Temporary Work Division has obtained the certificate for Recruitment, Selection, Hiring and outsourcing of staff to user companies.
