“Canal CEOSA”: digital newsletter for all employees

30/8/2008

Two new communications tools: “Canal CEOSA” and the new edition of the institutional brochure.

In June, the ONCE Business Corporation (CEOSA) launched a new internal communications medium aimed at its entire staff, both in the corporate and production structures in the different sectors in which it operates. “Canal CEOSA” is a digital newsletter, published in the private area of the corporate website (www.ceosa.org), the introduction of which explains that it seeks “to be more than just a newsletter containing news items related to the Corporation’s activity. As such, in addition to news items, it contains sections and articles on different aspects, some related directly or indirectly to business activity and others on cultural subjects.”

Likewise, “Canal CEOSA” is open to comments, criticisms and contributions from its readers, who, in order to access its content, must enter (either at work or at home), their full name, in lower case and without accents, as their username, and their tax ID number (nine characters), as their password. This will also allow them to view the content in Word as well as accessing items in MP3 format.

A brochure containing “everything about the Corporation”
Since 1986, the ONCE has had a presence in the business world. Over 20 years later, the organisation’s companies are grouped together underneath the legal umbrella of the ONCE Business Corporation (CEOSA). This journey is recounted in a recently published brochure which provides an illustrated, engaging, clear and detailed description of the enormous activity carried out by CEOSA and its current work. Also appearing in the “Press room” section of the Corporation’s website (www.ceosa.org), it reviews the sectors and services in which the group’s various companies work, companies which right from the start have wanted to combine the concepts of financial and social profit: in addition to the financial profit obtained by CEOSA in recent years, at the present time, almost eight per cent of its staff is made up of people with a disability.

CEOSA’s activity takes place in the property development, company services, tourism, insurance, food, street furniture and physiotherapy sectors.
