Guidelines for the Equality Plan in Companies

Latest meeting of the Corporate Equality Commission.
CEOSA, through its Corporate Equality Commission, has launched its new policies and actions to foster and ensure equal opportunities for men and women in all of its companies. For this purpose, its Human Resources Corporate Division has prepared and issued group companies with “Guidelines”, which will serve as a model for the preparation of the Equality Plan in each of the companies. Similarly, an internal automated tool has been Developer for the preparation of the Equality Plan Diagnosis, via the IT support system called RHNet.
Using these tools, each company will now design its own Equality Plan in accordance with the requirements set out by Law.
At the same time, a Code of Good Practices is being prepared, which will also be issued to all of the group companies, which will then start to design a training and informative action plan.
