"Confortel Hoteles, Viajes 2000 and Revitass update their Internet images with new web pages that meet current demand"
In an attempt to reinforce their eMarket presence, three companies of Corporación Empresarial ONCE (CEOSA) have revamped their websites, meeting target audience demands. These companies are those in the travel industry, Confortel Hoteles and Viajes 2000, and in the healthcare business, Revitass physiotherapy clinics.
Viajes 2000’s renewed online image at www.viajes2000.com seeks to offer a more effective service management and provide better customer service. Users will now be able to buy their travel packages or plane tickets and rent their cars online. Obviously, accessibility has been taken care of, for the visually impaired to hire services online easily. Also, the new website includes a section called “Turismo para todos” (Travel for All), where people with different disabilities can find services suitable for their needs.
In the case of Confortel Hoteles, the website (www.confortelhoteles.com) has been restructured to adapt to the new corporate image, including sections like “Asesor de viajes” (Travel Consultant), “Mini club” (Small Club) or “Sala de prensa” (Press Room), as a response to both customers’ and collaborators’ suggestions. Soon, there will be virtual tours and interactive image galleries available, where clients will be able to have a look at guestrooms’ modern designs while comfortably at home. The redesigned website has kept the older version’s best features and introduced new ones, answering user demands. The result has been an updated, easy-to-use, customer-friendly portal. The first web traffic data on number of visitors, length of visit, origin of visitors and other variables indicate the revamped website’s success, thanks to an innovating booking system providing web traffic statistics and information.
As for Revitass, great efforts have been made to make the new website, www.revitass.es, easy to use, allowing users to find their closest clinics quickly. The portal is also intended to become a meeting place for all associated physiotherapists.
