The renovations carried out on common areas in Confortel Suites Madrid were finished in record time, under a month. The CEOSA chain’s new design was introduced into these areas when the modifications to the guest rooms in the establishment had been completed.

The phase that has just been completed involved renovating areas such as the lobby bar, reception, entrance and hotel lounge, the restaurant, private dining room, the business centre and the eight modular meeting rooms with capacity for 400 people. 
The transformation is in line with the changes that Confortel chain has been making to its image and corporate identity during the past year.  Specifically, the renovations concentrate on improving and decorating the facilities and services so that the client feels “at home”.  Efforts have been made to change the identity and corporate image of all the establishments in the chain, to unify them with new, recently-incorporated hotels.  

Confortel Suites Madrid, is in one of the most commercial and best-located streets in the capital (López de Hoyos, nº 143), and has 120 suite rooms, four of which are equipped for use by disabled guests.  They also have room service, air conditioning, safes, satellite television and free WIFI connections.
