“ONCISA TOWERS” AT “SIMA 08”
14/4/2008
The ONCE property developer is presenting its most attractive residential and asset property offers at the Madrid Property Fair.
Once again, between 8 and 12 April, Madrid is set to become the international capital of residential tourism, thanks to “Sima 08” (Madrid International Property Fair), Spain’s biggest fair in this sector, which brings together the most prestigious representatives of the property market and purchasers from all over Spain. As in the previous nine editions of the event, Oncisa will be there, the property developer of the ONCE Business Corporation, with a stand measuring 246m2 in Pavilion 6 (stand E25), which will feature exhibition space for its two big areas of business: residential and asset property.
The Madrid Property Fair has eighteen per cent less exhibition space this year and several large companies from the sector will not be attending as a consequence of the difficult time being experienced by the property sector, however, it will see a significant presence from the second hand property sector, state-subsidised housing and sustainable buildings.
Oncisa Towers
The most striking part of the stand is made up of the first pictures of Oncisa Towers, a business complex covering an area of 32,800m2 split between four buildings, two towers and two three-storey buildings, which are to be built as a true urban landmark due to their unique architecture at the entrance to Madrid via the Burgos road.
In the residential area, Oncisa is presenting its developments in the Spanish capital: * Plaza Verde I and II: developments which are currently being promoted in Vallecas, with 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom properties, close to the underground and with landscaped areas and swimming pools; * Tempranales: 1st phase of a new development of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom flats, ground floor flats with a garden and penthouses, in San Sebastián de los Reyes, with communal areas which have gardens, swimming pool and padel courts; * Parque Bercial: the majority have already been sold, they are promoting the remaining 2 and 3 bedroom properties, in Getafe, next to the new Corte Inglés and Metrosur.
Meanwhile, in the Asset area, Oncisa has the latest additions to its rental property portfolio: * Ramírez de Arellano (in Madrid): office building measuring 6365m2 rented to the company Publicis; * Emilio Vargas (also in Madrid): a 4-star hotel with 195 rooms, which will be run by Confortel; * Hotel 22@ (in Barcelona): another 4-star hotel with eight floors, mezzanine and ground floor, with 224 rooms, a large room which can be divided into smaller rooms and four meeting rooms, plus 75 parking spaces.
